1. Purpose

Farouk AI is a SaaS (online software) service that automates the job search, for job seekers. From the CV you upload, it searches for roles, writes tailored applications, sends them from your own mailbox and tracks the replies.

The service is published by Assam Sigoul, sole trader, based in Paris, France. By using Farouk AI, you accept these Terms of Service in full.

2. Access to the service

Signing up to Farouk AI is free. Every new user gets une campagne de 10 candidatures on sign-up, which lets them try the platform with no commitment.

Beyond that, access to all features requires the Pro plan, priced at 19,99 €/mois, with no minimum term. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

Subscribers who joined the Pro plan before the price change of 1 October 2026 keep their original price for as long as their subscription remains active.

3. User obligations

By using Farouk AI, the user agrees to:

Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the law of their country of residence.
Send no spam no bulk unsolicited messages, and no misleading or fraudulent content.
Not work around usage limits nor attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with how the platform works.
Keep their credentials confidential along with any third-party API keys entered in the settings.

4. Liability

Farouk AI's agents are assistive tools. They can make mistakes, misread an instruction, or produce unexpected results. Farouk AI cannot be held liable for actions taken by the agents on the user's behalf, nor for the financial, commercial or other consequences that follow.

The user remains solely responsible for the instructions they give the agents, the integrations they configure, and the use they make of the results produced.

5. Personal data

Farouk AI collects and processes personal data in order to provide the service. That processing is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, available on this platform.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data.

6. Termination

The user is free to cancel their subscription and delete their account at any time, without notice and without penalty, from their workspace settings or by contacting support.

If these Terms are breached, Farouk AI reserves the right to suspend or delete the account concerned, without refunding amounts already paid.
